Our story
We started in 2017 with a single foreclosed bungalow, a hand-me-down truck, and a renovation budget we blew by 60%. That first deal still cleared a profit — but only because of luck, not process. So we built one.
Over the next eight years we refined every step: the way we source, the way we underwrite, the way we hire contractors and scope work and stage rooms and price exits. We wrote it all down because we needed it ourselves. Now we're sharing it.
