By purchasing or using the Fix & Flip Playbook ("the Product") you agree to these terms with Diamond Media Publishing LLC ("we," "us").

License

Purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to download and use the Product for personal investing purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files.

All sales final — no refunds

Because the Product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are issued for any reason, including buyer's remorse, accidental purchase, or lack of use. Please review the description, table of contents, and FAQ before purchasing.

No guarantees

The Product is educational. Real estate investing involves risk. We make no guarantee of profit, return, or specific outcome. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamond Media Publishing LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
